Law
Fall 2004
|
 |
| Welcome to Criminal Law. In this
class we will be discussing the major features of Anglo-American
criminal law. This course will introduce students to the
major crimes of, and defenses to, homicide, rape, theft
offenses, attempt, and group criminality.
This website will give you access to
the syllabus, current and past lecture outlines, and old exams.
I am available outside of class during
my office hours (posted below) or by appointment. I also
encourage you participate in class, and to attend the discussion
group meetings on a regular basis. Again, welcome!
