Criminal Law

Fall 2008

Welcome to Criminal Law. In this class we will discuss the major features of Anglo-American criminal law. This course will introduce students to the major crimes of, and defenses to, homicide, rape, theft offenses, attempt, and group criminality.

This website will give you access to the syllabus, current and past lecture outlines, and some old exams.

I am available outside of class during my office hours (posted below) or by appointment. I also encourage you participate in class on a regular basis. Again, welcome!
